1. This Notice aims to protect your personal data through legitimate, controlled, and informed processing to guarantee your privacy and your right to informational self-determination.
2. Personal Data is understood as any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, according to Article 3, Section V of the Law.

CGB's objectives, expressed inclusively but not limited to, include the following activities: provision and advisory services in the areas of accounting, auditing, tax advisory, financial, administrative, consultancy, finance, and everything related to the management and organization of companies, as well as the provision of legal services, legal areas in civil, commercial, labor, Social Security Institute, National Workers' Housing Fund Institute, fiscal, economic, banking, environmental, criminal, administrative, agrarian, and amparos, before competent local and federal courts, throughout the country and abroad before administrative authorities, the export and import of the same services, as well as the hiring of other professionals in other fields related to Public Accountant or Law Degree for the provision of these services performed by them, such as Engineers, Architects, Economists, Business Administration Graduates, Finance Graduates. The provision of professional and technical services in consultancy, design, and industrial, commercial, and financial production, management and administration of companies, training for any other type of project, consultancy, information systems, industrial relations, marketing studies, market advertising, marketing of software systems, insurance plans, provision of cyber services, computational, technical assistance, administrative, research, handling, supervision, provision of seminars, conferences, courses, diplomas, exhibitions, use of all kinds of resources for the accomplishment of the aforementioned purposes, consultancy, advertising, fair promotions, exhibitions, monitoring, etc. To provide these services, it is necessary to process or occasionally transfer some of your personal data.
5. By emailing your personal data to different CGB collaborators and/or completing any of the requests or online information registration appearing on our pages; and/or by providing them by phone to different CGB collaborators, you accept and authorize us to use and process your personal data and information provided in an automated manner, which will be part of our database for the purpose of using them in a non-limiting manner to: identify you, locate you, communicate with you, contact you, send you information, update our database, information in our file, in order to comply with the guidelines and objectives highlighted in point number "4."
6. The time during which CGB will use your personal data will be indefinite from the date you provide it, and you may oppose, at the time you deem appropriate, the handling of the same or request the cancellation of its use via email addressed to Joel Uriel Arias Reyes joel.arias@ctsasociados.com for matters related to the database and/or user support, or in writing at our address located at Leibnitz, number 176, Anzures neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo Delegation, C.P. 11590. In the case of requesting the rectification of personal data, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting your request. The response to your request will be communicated within twenty business days, counted from the date it was received, which may be extended by an additional twenty days in cases established by law; so that if it is appropriate, the measures taken to comply with your request will be carried out within fifteen business days following the date the response is communicated.

CGB, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the Law, as the controller of the processing of your personal data, is obliged to comply with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility; for this reason, CGB is committed to strict confidentiality of your personal data, as well as to maintaining administrative, technical, and physical security measures that allow protecting them against any damage, loss, alteration, access, or unauthorized processing.
